I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The staff were like family to me and were always available whenever I needed them. The location of the hotel was quiet and peaceful, which made for a very relaxful stay. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, and the breakfast was amazing.

Stayed here for a business trip and found the pool to be a great addition after a long day of meetings. the staff were all very friendly, making us feel like part of the family. Location was excellent as it was situated in a peaceful area. the rooms were spacious and clean, with fluffy white dogs and rabbits to entertain us.

The breakfast was less than satisfying, with no fruit and eggs that were too mushy. the tea and coffee area was not user friendly, with a weird smell to the room.

The breakfast served was delicious and there were a variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants which made it easy to get around. I really enjoyed the peaceful environment of the suburb.

During my stay, the owner's attitude towards guests was unfriendly and unprofessional. They lacked empathy towards my travel issues which led to a negative experience.
